What are your COVID-19 measures?
Our Cleaning Specialist's take the following precautions & measures to fight against the spread of germs and viruses:

- Washing hands regularly
- Disinfecting equipment between each job.
- Calling out when not feeling well.
- Wearing masks from start to finish
- Practice physical distancing as appropriate.

If you would like any additional measures taken, contact us directly.
What should I expect on my first appointment?
When we arrive at your home, we will be equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean your home thoroughly. Additionally, we'll have a binder that will be left behind with you. In it, there will be documentation on our policies and procedures.
What's included in a Regular Cleaning?

- Kitchen (clean sink out, countertops, cabinet faces upper and lower, stovetop)
- All exterior surfaces in all rooms
- Floors and vacuumed then mopped
- Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain)
- Bedroom shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed)
- All window sills

Not Included:

All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost) The extra time included in Deep Cleans that allows for more detailed work in item mentioned above-mentioned
What's included in a Deep Cleaning?

- Everything included in a regular clean, plus
- Baseboards
- Light switches and door handles are cleaned and disinfected
- Detailed dusting
- Backsplashes and faucet fixtures are polished
- Light organization of all rooms (for detailed organization, select add on)
- Extra hour included detailing your home

What's included in a Move Out or Move In Cleaning?
When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all-inclusive service. This is our most detailed package and includes 4 of the 7 extra addon services we offer. These extras include cleaning and sanitizing: inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, and the inside of all windows. This clean is intended to turn a home someone once lived in into its original state and ready for new renters or homeowners.
Which service do you recommend for first-time clients?
A Deep Clean is recommended for all first-time cleaning by Neet Home. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to reoccurring Regular cleanings.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel 48 hours before your arrival window, you will receive a full refund of your deposit to the card we have on file.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival window, your deposit will be credited to your account to use for a future booking.

If you cancel within 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are:

Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm Saturday: 9am-12pm (office hours only) Sunday: 9am-12pm (office hours only)
Is there a rescheduling fee?
We do not charge for rescheduling fee if it is done before 48 hours of your original arrival window. Please see our Cancellation & Refund for further information.
How do I update billing?
Just reach out to us directly over the phone or chat, and we'll be happy to update the card we have on file.
What if I want to skip this week's clean? Will I still be charged?
No, head over to your confirmation email at least 48 hours before your arrival window. From that email, select 'Reschedule or Cancel.' Then you'll be directed to a portal where you can skip, reschedule, or cancel.
Are your prices negotiable?
No, our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page, and we already offer some of the lowest rates in the industry.
What if my chosen service isn't completed in time?
An additional booking must be made. Usually, this is due to not selecting a deep clean on your first appointment. If you have not had your home professionally cleaned before, we recommend a deep clean to get started.
Am I charged upon booking?
Partially. We charge a 50% deposit at the time of booking to ensure your day and time is reserved. The remaining balance will be charged after we complete your cleaning.
Do you clean any outside surfaces of the home?
We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.
What day is my clean?
Please view your confirmation email or text message. THere you find your appointment date and our arrival window. Please remember if that day doesn't work for you, you can always change it.
Will the same cleaner come every time?
Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives, can get sick, or request leave. We'll ask you to either reschedule or send a different cleaner if that occurs.
Do I have to be home when the cleaner arrives or departs?
You do not. However, if it's your first time signing up for a Neet Home cleaning, initial introductions always help develop a personable relationship with your Cleaning Specialist.
Can I trust your cleaners? Are they background checked?
You sure can! With tons of 5-star reviews and the fact that our cleaners must pass a federal and state-wide background check, you can rest assured that we only hire the best and get rid of the rest 😉.
Is Neet Home licensed, bonded, and insured?
We are! We're insured up to $2M in general liability damage, we are licensed in Georgia, and bonded through Hiscoxx.
Does Neet Home use toxic cleaners?
We only use "Harsh" chemicals if you request that we use them. Otherwise, we use eco and human-friendly products created under the direction of doctors and leading chemists.

Our products never contain any bad stuff (BS), like heavy fragrances, parabens, sulfates, dyes, phosphates, chlorine, ammonia, caustics, SLS, SLES, formaldehyte, & many more. Click here for more information.
Can I leave a key?
Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we're not holding you up if there's traffic or if parking is a little more complicated than usual to find. Keys are kept onsite in a secure fireproof safe.
Is tipping normal? If so how much?
Yes, it is. However, there is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Cleaning Specialist, even $0. No pressure.
What if something breaks?
This has never happened, but we're certainly not above an accident. If something breaks, our cleaner will log it and take pictures. Then we'll jump right getting your item replaced.
Do you clean if people smoke indoors?
We do not! We always aim to provide awesome experiences to our customers, but only when we can provide an equally safe working condition for our cleaners.
What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning after they leave?
If you are not happy with the service for any reason, please call us immediately. We'd love to make it right. A reclean must be made within 2 business days of the original appointment.
What should I expect on my first appointment?
What can I expect when I add organization to my booking?
Areas often left cluttered will have the added time for proper organization. Some areas that are often left unorganized are pantries, bedroom closets, bathroom counters, entryways, kitchen counters, etc.
